Large diameter thick-walled seamless steel pipe refers to a pipe that out diameter is above 159mm. large diameter coated steel pipe is coated plastic made on the basis of large diameter spiral welded pipe and high frequency welded pipe, the maximum nozzle diameter up to 1200mm. The large diameter seamless pipes according to the different needs of the coating of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), epoxy (EPOZY) and other various properties of plastic coating, good adhesion, corrosion resistance , is resistant to acids, alkalis and other chemical corrosion. Painting&Coating
The traditional annealing :Open furnace—Oxygen atmosphere—form Scale, tarnish the material,For more than 12m tubes this method is hard to clean inner surface.
A special bright annealing:Closed furnace—Intert atmosphere use noble gases(Nitrogen and argon)Preventing Oxygen to contact with material —Surface finish is clean,bright and precision,which is an excellent starting point for further process,like electric-polishing and mechanical polishing. For more than 12m tubes,this method is much cleaner smoother on both inner and outer surface.
Packing&Loading
PVC packing, carton packing, or as customer request wooden case.
